What this site collects

Iron Vault Wholesale is a B2B sourcing desk. This site has no buyer accounts, no checkout, and no payment processing. The only information we receive is what you choose to send us: the contents of an inquiry or quote request you submit via WhatsApp or the contact form, which may include the products you selected, quantities, your destination city and country, and your contact details.

Your inquiry list (items added to an inquiry while browsing) is stored only in your own browser. It is not transmitted to us until you choose to send it.

How inquiry details are used

Inquiry details are used solely to respond to your request: confirming availability, minimum order quantities, pricing tiers, lead times, and shipping options. We do not sell or rent contact information, and we do not use inquiry details for advertising.

Analytics

The site records a small set of privacy-safe usage events (for example, that a catalog category was viewed or an inquiry message was copied). These events contain only page and category labels — never names, contact details, or message contents.

Third-party services

Quote conversations take place on WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by its own privacy policy. The site is hosted on Vercel, whose infrastructure may log standard technical request data (such as IP address and user agent) for security and operations.

Retention and your choices

Conversation history lives in the WhatsApp thread between you and the desk. You may ask us at any time to delete the inquiry details you have sent, and you can clear your locally stored inquiry list in your browser at any time.
